I tried the prime rib dinner and was impressed by the great price and generous portions. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the meat was slightly overcooked for prime rib (medium well), but it was still very flavorful. The service from all the staff was excellent, and overall, it’s a fantastic spot for a nice family meal. View all feedback.
What Watson Carroll doesn't like about Boston Market:
I had a disappointing experience at Boston Market. I used to think it was great, so I was excited to visit again. While the chicken was good, my green beans and cornbread were served cold. The sweet potato casserole was excessively sweet. The staff were nice, but I don’t plan on returning. View all feedback.
The chicken and meatloaf were the best tasting things. The sides all were lacking in flavor and salt. Everything tasted like cardboard. We got a meal to go for the family and they didn’t even eat it all like in the past. They forgot gravy even though we had asked for it. We had to go back to get it.
The chicken dinner was no winner, it was dry and I found the sides to be lacking. Our sandwiches and salad were very good. The salad was fresh and crisp. The service was prompt and friendly. Exspensive. The store is very clean. All in all i will go elsewhere.
The food was good, but today was the last day they were open. Sadly the General Manager was more interested in misleading the guests than being honest. She put a note on the door and said they were closing early due to maintenance. She even yelled at one of the crew for telling a guest the truth. If Boston Market wants to embrace this kind of dishonesty in a manager no wonder they are closing. I've been in the food industry for more than 30 years, it takes real integrity to be honest, but when you allow your General Manager to lie to guests and mistreat crew members it says a lot about your business. Hopefully your company will see that the General Manager for the Tucson store on Grant might be better suited for unemployment like the rest of the staff.
I tried the best rib dinner. really a great pric and large portions. the only reason for 4 instead of five stars is because the meat is a little over boiled for prime rib in my opinion (medium well,) but still very tasteful. great service from all employees, overall really great location to have a beautiful family meal.
Delicious comfort food except all had a bit too much salt and I rarely meet that. Maybe it was the one who cooked that day. reasonable prices. good portion sizes. the ribs and the bun fell from the bone. Mac/cheese and rahm spinat gooey and yammy.
