Black Bear Diner - Feedback

What Kimberly Bourret doesn't like about Black Bear Diner:
I took my uncle to this restaurant for his birthday and we waited over an hour to receive our food. Additionally, our waitress forgot our order, had trouble with my request even though it was on the menu, and my boyfriend became ill from their Tri-Tip dish. Their servings are large and the food is good. I do wish they cooked their hashbrowns a little more. You can tell they use fresh potatoes, which is great, they just need a little pre-cook before they crisp them up. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options available.
