What Lon Kunde doesn't like about Bj's Brewhouse Tucson Broadway:
While it was thoughtful of them to offer a special menu for Veterans Day, they seemed unprepared for the number of patrons taking advantage of it. We had reservations, which they honored, but the service felt very casual. The staff appeared overwhelmed; in our party of four, two of us had to use plastic utensils because they couldn't keep up with cleaning the regular cutlery. Prime rib was the best we’ve had in a while. Restaurant was super busy but we were seated quickly. Felt bad for servers as it was a little warm inside for their long sleeve attire. View all feedback.
