On the plus side, the lobby, bathroom, and register area were spotless and well-maintained. I would have rated it one star if not for the excellent customer service, which made the experience somewhat better. However, I won’t be visiting Arby’s again.

When I call... read more I ordered two roast beef gyros expecting the advertised deal of two for six dollars. However, I was given two classic roast beef sandwiches instead. When I called to complain after getting home, I was told that the two for six dollars offer did not apply to the gyros.

I've had multiple experiences where the meat was... read more This restaurant is truly disappointing. It's definitely a better choice to visit the other location near Magee. I've had multiple experiences where the meat was sliced improperly, which completely spoiled the flavor of the sandwich. Their menu items are overpriced, and they don’t accept any coupons. Moreover, the staff can be quite unfriendly. I even witnessed the manager throw a milkshake in the trash like a petulant child when they refused to accept my birthday coupon for a free drink. While I understand that they are an independently owned franchise with the right to set their own policies and prices, it seems unfair to expect customers to pay for something they didn’t actually want, especially when they believed it would be complimentary. It's disheartening to see how they treat their customers.
