Was Anonym at Subway a mag?
Subway has been around a long time and always provides great subs on hot fresh bread. Their meats are good as is all their produce. They have a decent selection and the restaurants are always clean and organized with good service. Sometimes you just want a fresh subway sub made to order, just the way you like it. I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. A staff member explicitly stated that I was not allowed to bring food from another restaurant, even though my partner had ordered from Subway. We were hoping to dine together before heading back to work, but this policy cost them a possible sale. It feels like customer satisfaction isn't a priority for them, so we won't be returning. I understand that miscommunications can happen, but the wording on the voucher seemed very clear to me, and I think this was a missed opportunity for great customer service. Subway is my favorite restaurant and will always remain so. If I had misunderstood the coupon, I would gladly give this experience a 5-star rating.
OWNER ATTENTION!!!! Your things are so slow. Pls are advised. It was 3 employees in the field, no trace I waited for my order about 12-15 min. 2 customers came behind me, wait 2-3 min see how it goes and left!! Forget napkins! But Sub was really good:
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff told me that I couldn't bring food from another place to eat inside while my husband ordered Subway. We were simply trying to enjoy lunch together before getting back to work. Your unreasonable rules lost you a customer, and it feels like you don't really care. As a result, we won't be returning.
