needs a little more tidins and space. the layout of the restaurant is not good! the cabin seats are too close to the tables, but the eating was excellent, the chocolate chip pancakes and geese, ash-browns and protein were the most fuffy I have ever tasted! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Ihop:
The service at this restaurant was extremely poor, to the point where I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, not even my worst enemy. Our party of four had to wait 15 to 20 minutes between each dish, and when the food finally arrived, it was disappointing. The speck was still frozen, and the hash browns were only cooked on one side. I was shocked that IHOP allowed this franchise to operate under their name. The waitress... View all feedback.
I dined with a big group and the restaurant was very accommodating. Our waiter was attentive, and the food arrived promptly, hot and delicious. The grits and French toast were particularly excellent. I will definitely return. Also, here is a picture of the actual location.
We have attempted to dine at IHOP on two occasions and both times they were unexpectedly closed, despite their signage claiming to be open 24 hours. We were disappointed to find that the restaurant was not open at 7AM as Google indicated. It is important for businesses to prioritize customer service, as the saying goes: "if you don't take care of the customer, someone else will." On our most recent visit, we had to go to Waffle House next door instead. IHOP management should ensure that they are meeting their customers' expectations for operating hours.
There are some red flags at this restaurant! I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau with my review. (1) The service was abysmal! We had to keep requesting simple items like cream and sugar for our coffee, spoons, and napkins. Our waitress seemed confused and kept repeating our requests back to us. "Can we have some sugar please?" I would ask, to which she would reply, "Sugar." When I clarified, "Yes, sugar for the coffee," she still seemed unsure. (2) When it came time to pay our bill, I received incorrect change. When I questioned the waitress, she appeared puzzled. It became evident she was giving me change from her own tips, as there was no cash register in sight. Another waitress explained that they operate as independent contractors. This was a bizarre concept to me, as I have never encountered a restaurant without a cash register or staff operating as independent contractors. It became clear that my change was inaccurate because the waitress was doing the math on her own, not using a cash register. Something seemed fishy, so I will be escalating my concerns to the BBB. The staff became defensive when I inquired about the lack of a cash register, and despite my request to speak with a manager, none emerged from the back office. I will not be returning to this establishment.
Went in today with my grand daughter. My first thought when I saw how dirty the entry way was filthy doors nasty build up on the floors the bench was dirty and sticky as well as the high chairs I should have left but I stayed not wanting to drag a 2 yr old in and out of places . Maya was a decent server she wasn’t great but she wasn’t rude and she checked on us . the whole restaurant was just so filthy dried syrup on everything ran down , I heard one server ask why the ice bin was full of water , because it was clogged and yet they still made my drink from there . my Burger was burnt around the edges the lettuce looked like it had been boiled , fries were undercooked . Coffee was old . we cleaned up our mess and got a togo box and threw away $30 worth of food . Didn’t see any reason trying to ask for a manager as I had not seen a mgr the entire visit and we were there over an hour . the lack of management probably explains the poor condition of the restaurant . as a former IHOP mgr and server in Atlanta I was really shocked at the condition at this location . it’s a pretty nice area .
As soon as you arrive here you’ll notice the parking lot is damn near empty. There’s a reason for that. This place is horrible. It looks very old on the inside, very dirty. I saw a few roaches on the floor, not sure if they’re in the kitchen area but, it was honestly embarrassing. The customer service was terrible. It took almost 10 minutes to even get a table even though there were atleast 6 available. The place was a ghost town when I got there and somehow it took forever to even be greated. Simply put, the worst IHOP I’ve ever been to. I ordered a steak omelette with hashbrowns, tomatoes and avocado inside. All I received was some scrambled eggs with pieces of steak. I am beyond livid… If you’re reading this review, take this into consideration. Only eat here if you have absolutely no other option. This is not worth the money, the visit, or the experience. Trust me.
