Chick-fil-a - Tucker

This Chick-fil-A location is fantastic! It's always clean and tends to get quite busy. My only suggestion would be to keep the salad dressings inside the restaurant instead of having them available at the drive-thru.

I dined in at this location and found the service to be really poor. I ordered a bowl of Chicken Noodle Soup, and they gave me a cup of it, had it corrected, and the soup had almost no chicken in it. Just a small amount of tiny pieces of chicken, and mostly noodles. I've never had a bad experience at chik fil a until now.

This is by far the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve been to. The staff never listens to your order, it is constantly wrong with every visit. They never review your order. I’m only giving it two stars because it is still Chick-fil-a, but I am constantly disappointed because something is missing or wrong. And if it’s not the food…napkins and straws are missing. I’ve had whole sandwiches missing. I ordered a #5, grilled egg white meal, subtract the egg white and add bacon. They gave me a bacon egg and cheese add egg whites and I repeated to him twice. This location is a mess.

#truereview i decided not to place an order. while there were not an incredible amount of drive thru customers, the restaurant had employees taking orders outside in the drive thrust thru lanes. I was super hungry and didn't have time for all of this. i am sure the employees were out there to ease the tensions... or, perhaps, they had a pos down. either way, their effort saved their rating.

It was great as always. The staff outside makes it so easy. I can talk face to face instead of a mic. I got only ice cream for my puppy and myself. And they were all happy. I truly appreciate the positive attitudes they all have. The helpfulness is amazing. Thank you for the staff gets. EVERY CHICK-Fil-A all over.
