Simple, quiet shot bar. I heard that it can get noisy, but not something I have ever experienced. The bar staff mostly leaves you be to chat with your buddies, or if you are at the bar they are friendly enough. Not sure who the owner is, but both workers seem to speak in English and Japanese. Wish I could go more, but always enjoyable when I do.
