Large small bar, which once was actually the old gymnasium and is therefore set in an older style building. beautiful features and long table seats.
Highly recommended. 5* eat and cocktails to shave the taste buds! absolutely connected to this amazing place! fantastic personal and beautifully relaxed place! the menu speaks for itself and lets the mouth pour with decisions! freshly cooked and made to order. that will let you come back. and again xx
Great lunch: 2 tapas dishes for £7.50, so my mother and I both had the calamari and such a large portion and cooked to perfection. the personal was attentive and very polite. we will come back soon so glad I found this place!
Came here on Saturday with friends for a Hen do.... absolutely amazing! Cocktail making was brilliant and Garry was lovely he was very friendly, had a great sense of humour and was very patient with us, we are a wild bunch! I had the best night! Well done guys! I will definitely be back! Thank you
Booked a table online, a few days in advance, for the Thai food as this looked really appealing. This booking was confirmed by email. Arrived on time and the back of the bar was busy. Many staff were at the front and they all appeared surprised we had booked (we were told no one really books a table, even though this facility is on their website) and they seemed to have no record of our booking. One staff member seemed to find this slightly funny. We were told we could sit in the conservatory and have drinks as food was no longer being served as the chef was leaving soon anyway . Obviously this was not what we expected and we refused to stay, saying this should have been communicated better. One staff member offered to get the manager but we declined as we were hungry at the time and it wasn 't clear what this would solve. It appears, looking at other reviews, that this isn 't the first time this has happened either. Received a text a few days late saying we did not show up for the table! This place may be fine for drinks, but avoid if wanting food. Turns out it was a blessing in disguise as we had great tapas food round the corner at Bodega 18.
