the restaurant is very cozy furnished. served only one menu per night. in this case, the feeds are exclusively from their own organic culture, both in terms of plants and animals. Moreover, they are almost everything from very rare species that are bred in the frame of the Pro-Spezie-Rara programmes.Who seeks a very special food experience, this restaurant is strongly recommended. a reservation is worth it! Our daughter had recommended the restaurant as something special. we reserved a lunch table for three and a fourth person for the future. no problem, although christian weber was alone in the kitchen and served us. after wonderful appetizers beautifully arranged, the...Guarde served us a magnificent salate and a main course with many unknown ingredients, rounded with a selection of special sweet fruit flavor. as far as possible, everything from their own garden/chicken/field with rough old species. we sat outside and enjoyed every bite that matched the wonderfully mixed flavors well. I like to drink a glass of wine, eat a hearty steak etc., but this was a selection of aromen for every gourmet restaurant and we have only drunk fruit juice, tee and mountain water. the price is high, but given the adventurous, unforgettable taste experience it deserves to be included in the series of gourmet flavors. do not go there if they only want to eat a steak or filet mignon and leave quickly.

We did not know at all what we expected, neither regarding the art restaurant nor the food. the high price has been very surprised to us, especially since on the homepage only of this kind of restaurant commercial trips are talking. it is hot on request you will learn the price. there was a 4-course surprisemenu - I don't love it very much. then only decided for three courses, the first one was omitted. I'm a delicate edible as to meat. If I don't know what there is, I'd rather eat only salad and sweet. I was then very pleasantly surprised, even at the main course with lamb fillet and old vegetables. that was after an salad with lukewarm beans, old chicoree varieties and an artichoke type. the dessert with cream, berries sorrow and a tarte tatin with boscoe puddles was the high point. I really liked eating at the end, but it was too expensive for me.

Our daughter had recommended the restaurant as something special.On short notice we reserved a lunch-table for three and upon arrival, added a fourth person. No problem although Christian Weber was alone in the kitchen and serving us too. After wonderful starters beautifully arranged, the couple served us a magnificent salad and a main course with many unknown ingredients, rounded off with a selection of special sweet fruit-tastes. As far as possible, everything from their own garden/chicken/fields with rae old species.We sat outside and enjoyed every bite savored the wonderfully blended tastes selected well to fit together. I like to drink a glass of wine, eat a hearty steak etc, but this was a selection of flavors fit for any gourmet restaurant and we only were drinking fruit juice, tea and mountain -water.The price is high, but considering the adventurous, unforgettable taste experience it deserve to be included in the range of gourmet-temples.Do not go there, if you just want to eat a steak or filet mignon and leave fast again.
