She didn’t introduce herself or even ask if we wanted anything to drink, which is basic etiquette for a server. When our appetizers arrived, she placed them haphazardly on the table without making any effort to serve the right dishes to the correct people. If she didn’t know who ordered what, she could have asked, but it was clear she didn’t care. Once we finished our appetizers, we had to ask her to clear the plates. We didn’t have a pitcher of water on our table, which was odd because every other table did. We requested our drinks multiple times and still waited over 20 minutes for them. When we addressed our waiter about it, she responded, “Well, you’re not my only table,” which I found very rude. It’s all about principle—we were very patient. The tables around us received constant refills and she checked on them repeatedly, while we had to wave her down and wait for our drinks. It felt like she simply didn’t want to do her job. Eventually, she stopped coming to our table altogether. Half of our group didn’t even order entrées because we couldn’t get her attention, leading us to decide to end the dinner early. At that point, four different waiters came to our table to start cleaning it, which was incredibly frustrating since they all seemed busy when we needed to place an order, but suddenly they were available to clean. It felt like they were rushing us out. We shared our concerns with the manager, who was nice and understanding. He removed our drinks from the bill, which was a kind gesture. While I didn’t mind paying the entire bill, the issue arose with the automatic 20% tip when the service was so poor. A tip shouldn’t be automatically added if we're not guaranteed good service! Despite the food being good, I wouldn't return solely based on the terrible service we experienced.

The food was decent, but not remarkable, earning a mere two stars. The highlight was the steak, which I would recommend if you decide to give this place a try. However, the service left a lot to be desired, receiving only one star. The staff seemed inattentive and unresponsive, which significantly impacted our dining experience. The atmosphere was also disappointing, with a lackluster ambiance that failed to create a welcoming environment. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant, despite the steak being somewhat enjoyable.
