I wish there is a law ban crazypeople of running a business, Cinnabon deserves better.

Unfortunately, they did... read more I visited this restaurant for the first time to buy a pack of Cinnabons and was greeted warmly by a young girl who started assisting me. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the pre-packaged set I wanted from the morning. I then asked how much it would cost to buy 12 of the ones they had on display instead of 15. The pack I wanted was priced at $20, but when I inquired, a man wearing glasses, who was closing the store on 2/27/2024, rudely interrupted and stated that he would charge me for the 12 displayed individually, amounting to over $70 for just 12 Mini Cinnabons. This was frustrating since I was previously informed that 15 would cost $20. The man was extremely disrespectful, and it is unacceptable to charge such a high price for fewer items in such a rude manner. I truly hope that action is taken regarding his behavior, as he clearly should not be working in customer service!
