It's a cute place with super friendl... read more We were visiting Truckee for the holidays and were excited to see so many delicious-looking vegan options on the menu here! It's a cute place with super friendly staff and a cozy atmosphere (it is incredibly small). We ordered the Spudz, burrito, and burger off the vegan menu. The food came quite quickly and were hefty servings. Everything was okay, but not amazing. The burrito was the most disappointing, as it lacked any seasoning whatsoever. It also came with a large side of plain iceberg lettuce, for some reason. The Spudz were the most tasty dish we got, and were loaded with veggies. It was less of a scramble and more of a saute, though. Probably wouldn't go again, though we were happy the vegan options existed at all.

Had breakfast here and this little place is definitely big on the flavor!! We had an omelette and the banana walnut pancakes. Both were great but we definitely experienced heaven with the pancakes! They are to die for with honey butter syrup(I?m guessing from the flavor). If you are not a big eater you can split it or if you just want to feel less guilty ???? butonce you start with one bite you can will want finish them. This place also had a very hippy feel, cute quirky and welcoming. Clean and the staff was fantastic! Also, we recommend if you don?t want to have to pay for parking, go before 10am.

We had the pleasure of not only having amazing food, huge portions fresh and delicious but were served by Ian. Funefficient personable and darn good at what he does. Ask him about the aliens that are in the restaurant window ?.. you justmight get a great surprise! Say welcome back thanks Ian, hugs from outer space ????
