The food is really good and healthy, a nice change from the many burger/pizza/fake Italian places which seem to be the only options around Truckee/Tahoe. The staff is very nice, not “overly friendly” like what seem to be the standards in the US which might be why their overall rating isn’t that high. Good prices too and fast service. What AL Patel doesn't like about Siam Cuisine:
I stopped by to get some vegetables fried rice. I clearly told the lady no onions white or green. Asked what comes in the fried rice and she told me it comes with corn, broccoli and carrot. I came up from LA and it was the only place open when we got in that night. Blown away by how flavorful it was. Ended up getting it a second night too. Good portion for the cost and worth it. Maybe the best I’ve had in memory
This place is wonderful. These bad reviews are dumb Bay Area people with bad attitudes. The food is delicious and is better than any other option between Truckee and Sacramento. Also, who doordashes Thai food? The same people who probably door dash street tacos and eat them with a fork. Anyways, give this place a shot. It’s bomb. Highly recommend the panang curry. Dietary restrictions: All good Kid-friendliness: Tons of kids Wheelchair accessibility: Super accessible

Then finally I get them to add the vegetables.
