What's the point of having a menu hanging if it's to behave like that? Is that okay? pizza was from the reception, not good, fortunately I'm not troyes.

As usual, I always avoid tourist places so I went to this pizzeria outside but not very far from the cap (historical quarter of troyes). the neighborhood had a certain charm, I would never imagine what was going to follow: I ate on the spot, there were only two tables in this restaurant and the chairs were very high, a little like in the bars. I didn't understand that furniture, it wasn't suitable. decoration, idem, nothing very elegant. the atmosphere was that of a unique flat-dish gargote, not that of a refined pizzeria. what particularly shocked me about decoration was the giant menu hanging on the wall, it was not class at all, especially that it was behind the tables and not behind the counter. pizza was very fade, cheese was industrial and turned brown during cooking. pepperonis were particularly fat, there was a bottle of oil on the pizza. concerning the drink, I ordered a beer, it was not very fresh and the choices were very limited. Besides, the bottles in the window began to take the dust. I wonder if the locals are attending this pizzeria, I was alone during the tasting. I hope the manager knows about this situation and will do something to remedy it, otherwise I'm afraid that this pizzeria will not make long fire.

Moreover, hygiene was very doubtful: pizzaiolo passes from the kitchen to the crate without washing hands and makes the currency leaving flour. He didn't even wear apron or gloves, he had a simple london t-shirt that's more. Anyway, we'll never go back.
