I waited 30 minutes in the lobby just to place an order. When I asked if someone could assist me, a staff member responded dismissively and made a joke about how busy they were. View all feedback.
The food was great. emmanuel makes an excellent work. very polite and a good guy give him and his crew a nice raise. they deserve it.
I AM DONE WITH THIS PLACE. I've ordered a chicken sandwich from this restaurant TWICE and they forgot the meat. I order from this place for 4+ years and never have I ever had this problem. The new staff is terrible. I will never order from this Wendy's nor will I recommend this place again.
No where says they are not taking online orders for doordash and ordered just to be told to cancel because they are closed and supposedly won’t het my money back until 3 business days and don’t have enough money for foodUpdate: they took my money after telling me I’ll get a refund
Waited 10+ minutes for the 4 employees to prepare 1 order at a time before i could order, then waited another 10+ minutes to receive my food. Coke Freestyle machines were almost all empty as usual, so couldn't get the mix I wanted. No receipt so i could do the survey, and the Wendys APP is broke. This used to be a great store, has gone to one of the worst.
Ordered a meal. Came to about 9 almost 10 dollars. Was just a chicken samich with extra lettuce and light mayo. Didn't stay to eat it as o was walking. Got done with the fries. Opened the chicken. It had 1 small piece of lettuce and dripping with extra mayo. It was so disgusting I threw it away to the birds. I'll never eat Wendy's again. That is how much it disgusted me. Fries where good tho.
