Meanwhile, I saw six employees standing around chatting while customers were left waiting. I really think new management is needed at this point. I'm disgusted and extremely disappointed.

Waited 10+ minutes for the 4 employees to prepare 1 order at a time before i could order, then waited another 10+ minutes to receive my food. Coke Freestyle mac... read more Waited 10+ minutes for the 4 employees to prepare 1 order at a time before i could order, then waited another 10+ minutes to receive my food. Coke Freestyle machines were almost all empty as usual, so couldn't get the mix I wanted. No receipt so i could do the survey, and the Wendys APP is broke. This used to be a great store, has gone to one of the worst.

Ordered a meal. Came to about 9 almost 10 dollars. Was just a chicken samich with extra lettuce and light mayo. Didn't stay to eat it as o was walking. Got done... read more Ordered a meal. Came to about 9 almost 10 dollars. Was just a chicken samich with extra lettuce and light mayo. Didn't stay to eat it as o was walking. Got done with the fries. Opened the chicken. It had 1 small piece of lettuce and dripping with extra mayo. It was so disgusting I threw it away to the birds. I'll never eat Wendy's again. That is how much it disgusted me. Fries where good tho.
