I bought a cake from the display case for 40$ and cake layers were very dry. does not know how old the cake was before it was frosted or if cake layers were exp... read more I bought a cake from the display case for 40$ and cake layers were very dry. does not know how old the cake was before it was frosted or if cake layers were exposed too long before the frost. if it was baked, the baker should have been aware. each from the family assembly had the same opinion: cake layers melted stale dry. extremely disappointed as I try to support local single companies.
