All of the dishes we have sampled at this restaurant have been incredibly tasty. I am particularly fond of the cinnamon roll croissants, they are exceptional! I will have to refrain from visiting every day to save my wallet and my waistline, haha. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Placid Baker:
I was extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from the Troy Farmer's Market. We bought a baguette, challah, and two scones that were all practically inedible. The baguette was dry and seemed to be more than a day old. The challah was also dry and lacked any flavor. The scones were as hard as rocks and we ended up throwing them out. I had an egg sandwich. Just an egg sandwich. And it was amazing. Bacon egg and cheese on a croissant. Simple, but the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had

We stopped here for lunch yesterday. They offer sandwiches and lots of pastries. We shared the Tom's Turkey sandwich, which hit the spot. Highly recommend it. The ciabatta bread was so, so yummy. We also shared a mudslide, which was so tasty and not too sweet. It was the perfect chocolate treat. The restaurant is clean and the employees are nice and friendly. Highly recommend..
The Roasted red pepper and cheese pizza in a today’s Lunch menu are excellent.Fresh and highly flavorful.
