What a hidden gem in Troy! Wonderful owners and one of the best BBQ places we have come by in the area.True BBQ is supposed to have crispy bark! I don't normally post negative reviews but me and my wife are just so disappointed in the lack of flavor and the very dry quality of the meat. I really am shocked how little flavor is in the food. No salt or basic seasoning were used. The potatosalad wasn't even mixed fully together and had a layer of oil at the bottom. I'm really hoping it was just a bad night in thekitchen. View all feedback.
