The text came a little early and I was confused when I got to the counter when I didn't see my food. But I got my food. And it was amazing. I had a chicken shack sandwich. My company had the shack burger. She ate it up. My sandwich was delicious. Lastly I had a basket of fries. It was the freshest basket of fries I have had in a while. 5/5 for the fries. There is a chik Fila in the same food court. I think I made the right selection between the two. Really good.

The burger patty is super thin and salty, the lettuce was one small leaf. The fries tasted good. The iced tea get bitter the more I drank. However for the same price or less I could get a little cheeseburger (with unlimited toppings), little fries, and small drink from Five Guys and much better food. Shake shack meal not worth the $13.

I would?ve e... read more This was our first Shake Shack experience. We ordered two burgers, a hot dog, cheese fries to share and four shakes. Total was around $60 with tip! I would?ve enjoyed a McD burger more than these ones. Didn?t have much taste at all. The fries wereactually really good. The shakes themselves, just bleh. Maybe I was expecting too much, but even my 4 yr old sugar girl didn?tlike it. We ordered online and got our food within the expected wait time, which was nice.

The meat was greasier than usual, but the fries were solid. The only reason this was a 2 star is because the Kiwi refresher was good. And no apologyfor the wait, which was odd because a 4 year old could see it took over a minute per transaction?
