I ordered the tuna salad sandwich, and since it wasn’t listed on the menu, I didn’t realize it came with a different type of bread than my wife usually prefers. I returned to inform them that I had forgotten to specify sourdough bread. They corrected the sandwich without charging me.

Later in the afternoon, it can get quite busy and chaotic. Occasionally, the ordering system has issues, with some menu items unexpectedly missing, so it’s a good idea to ask staff directly about availability.
