Today, after waiting about 15 m... read more I've been trying to get breakfast at this place since I work in the same mini-mall, but I've had a lot of issues with my orders. Today, after waiting about 15 minutes for a breakfast sandwich, I ended up asking for a refund because I noticed other customers behind me receiving their orders. It feels like the older lady who prepares the food prioritizes serving her friends who sit around all day instead of fulfilling orders. It's frustrating!

Unfort... read more All Panera locations offer a similar dining experience, so what sets one apart from the others is the staff, the cleanliness, and the quality of service. Unfortunately, this particular location fell short. The staff didn’t seem to care enough to acknowledge their names or pronounce them correctly, which was disappointing. Additionally, there was an issue with a spoon that didn't meet expectations. Overall, I wasn’t impressed.

Quality customer service can be rare these days, so it was truly refreshing to visit a place where the staff has such positive attitudes.
