Today, after waiting about 15 minutes for a breakfast sandwich, I ended up asking for a refund because I noticed other customers behind me receiving their orders. It feels like the older lady who prepares the food prioritizes serving her friends who sit around all day instead of fulfilling orders. It's frustrating!
