I've been trying to get breakfast at this place since I work in the same mini-mall, but I've had a lot of issues with my orders. Today, after waiting about 15 minutes for a breakfast sandwich, I ended up asking for a refund because I noticed other customers behind me receiving their orders. I don't usually eat here, but their hazelnut coffee is the best. It's a great place to study, have meetings (for those organizations who can't afford to lease office space) and catch up with a friend.
Ava and Liv are awesome. Ava went out of her way to get me a drink they were out of! Both girls were super polite, hard working, and gave service I was extremely impressed with. Times are hard and I hope these fantastic workers are being recognized to the highest of standards!
The person that waited on me was not very friendly and then she proceeded to leave the register area to go outside and play with someone's dog.
Very efficient. I didn't get the managers name but the place is managed wonderfully.
