**Dining Delight or Disappointment? The Mixed Reviews of a New Restaurant Experience**

The newly opened restaurant has garnered a range of reactions from patrons. While some appreciate the clean, updated space and quick service, others have voiced concerns over staff behavior and food quality. Positive highlights include delicious soup selections and a well-executed “pick two” option. Conversely, experiences with unprofessional service—such as inattentive staff and incorrect orders—detract from the overall enjoyment. It appears the establishment is making strides in customer handling, yet inconsistencies and staff demeanor remain points for improvement. As it stands, diners may encounter both delightful dishes and disheartening service on their visits.

This restaurant is improving, although they could still work on their speed a bit. I truly appreciate the quality of the food; my orders are usually accurate. My favorite option is the "pick two," and I often choose the vegetable soup (yes, even in the summer), along with the warm Mediterranean bowl. It's delicious! The restaurant is generally clean, and the staff is very friendly. Just a heads-up: if you're avoiding caffeine, stay away from the strawberry lemonade, as it's quite strong. However, if you do want some caffeine, I highly recommend it—it's refreshing and has a great flavor!

I am happy to say that this Panera is great! The staff here genuinely cares about its customers and are very professional. There was a mistake in my carry out order and the way they handled it was above and beyond my expectations. Thank you to the staff and management, you know how to treat customers and how to keep them. Thank you again!

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff made several anti-LGBTQIA comments and displayed racist behavior towards gender-neutral individuals, including myself and some transgender friends. I even witnessed a group of teens engaging in similar behavior during my lunch. My friends and I left immediately and have no intention of returning. That's my take on it.

I sampled several different soups, and overall, they were all quite good. I would particularly recommend the 10-vegetable soup and the chicken noodle soup. However, I didn't enjoy the Thai chicken soup as much. It tasted good at first, but I quickly grew tired of it.
