Their hot and sour soup is also top-notch. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. If you want a fantastic meal at an affordable price, this is the place to go. Additionally, the lunch portions are very generous.

But, every single time I order from... read more I have been a customer here for over 10 years. I don’t come here as often as I would like. It is a bit of a drive from home. But, every single time I order from here I am NEVER disappointed. The food is excellent. Not just one or two things on the menu. Everything, I have tried curries, to noodles, to fried rice. Everything we try is incredible. It is so flavorful and they always get the spice amount perfect. My husband typically prefers American food but every time I get carry out he is thrilled to eat this, even my toddler scarfs the food down! The servers are always super friendly and welcoming. Thanks for being the best Thai food in the area. Keep up the great work!

When people speak of Thai food, you typically hear that Thai food has complex flavor profiles with a harmonious blend of sweet, sour, somewhat salty, and spicy flavors. This restaurant changed hands during COVID. What they served today is nothing like what Orchid Cafe served from the early 1990s until 2020 when I dined there weekly. My curry dish lacked any aromatics or fresh herbs and seasonings. The curry sauce was best described as bland with heat. It reminded me too much like when a Chinese restaurant tries to serve Thai dishes. The lunch portion was also small for the price. The restaurant was clean, and the service was fast although the server missed a custom ask for my dish). It was the food that was lacking. Heck, even the shrimp chips were stale. The sweet and sour soup was watery. Too bad. A Great place messed up under new ownership.
