Fast friendly service indeed but either i dont get enough veggies and dressing or i get to much. Today got a double meat italian mix and hardly any veggies and my sandwich is dry it's double meat we need more then one pass of oilFood: 4/5
Love this place, the only drive-through Sub shop, in the tri-city area
I was so rushed going through here. the lady put my veggies on first? So i didn’t even get to ask to have it toasted because the sauce was on before the cheese and meat. I asked for cheese with my nuggets but she was so rushed she missed that completely too. The worst service i’ve ever had here honestly. Disappointed
I always have a fantastic time at this restaurant. The staff is friendly and the service is fast.
I am a fan of Mr. Subb's, but every time I go to this particular location, I have a bad experience. I visit 3 to 5 times a week and always leave a tip, but I constantly have to remind the staff to add sauce, peppers, onions, or tomatoes to my sub. Sometimes they forget altogether, and when I point it out, they respond with angry faces. The service is consistently poor, so I have decided to stop going to this location. Even tipping doesn't improve the experience.
