I went in for a huge change to my hair and was really nervous, but she took the time to make me feel comfortable. She even allowed me to add a brow service to my shampoo, cut, and style. Near was incredibly kind, helping me explore different styles and adding extra layers when I asked. She’s one of the friendliest and funniest people I’ve ever met, and I’m so grateful that Mel’s was recommended to me. I absolutely love my new look and have received tons of compliments. Hannah, you’re amazing, and Mel’s is fantastic!
