--- **5-Star Breakfast Sandwich** We enjoyed friendly and prompt service at this coffee shop and health food café. We ordered the Big Betty breakfast sandwich on bread instead of waffles. It was a bit unusual that we had to request a change for the bread on one of the sandwiches, but once that was sorted out, it turned out to be a delicious breakfast sandwich, enhanced by a nice kick from the chipotle aioli. As we looked around, we noticed that other meals and drinks also looked just as appetizing as our sandwich. --- Let me know if you'd like any further changes!

Absolutely gluten and dairy-free! ****! The blueberry pancakes and the sandwich served on a waffle were out of this world. My beet smoothie and cold brew paired with her homemade almond milk were also fantastic. I’ll definitely return every time I’m in Troy.

Liza's is my absolute favorite brunch spot, and I’ve been dining there since it first opened! Nothing else quite compares. Her acai bowls are the best I’ve ever had. I also love her brain fuel iced coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Everything is amazing!

Coffee, Acai bowls and an incredible mood in what you can ask more! We loved Liza so much. Thank you for letting our dogs come in to enjoy a quick breakfast with us! We'll be back.

I wish I could give 6 stars and want a Lizas in Saratoga Springs! So delicious and the body feels good after eating this healthy food that tastes amazing!
