I should mention that my three visits have all been after 10 PM, so I can't speak for other times of day. Each time I’ve been there, the bartenders seem more interested in chatting with their friends than in attending to customers. Having worked in food service myself, I know the importance of being attentive and professional. I stood at the bar, clearly indicating I needed service, and patiently waited my turn. However, that didn’t seem to work here. On multiple occasions, I watched as bartenders looked right at me but then chose to serve the person next to me instead. Once, I could chalk up to an oversight, but twice? Now that feels intentional. During my first visit, I ended up leaving without a drink after standing there for about ten minutes while everyone else who arrived after me got served. I returned twice more because my friends wanted to come back, but the same thing happened again. This time, I was one of only three people at the bar, so they had to serve me, but I was always the last one to be acknowledged. I just don’t understand it. It's frustrating to the point where I feel compelled to leave a negative review. I typically give servers and bartenders the benefit of the doubt, and it's not like me to speak ill of a restaurant's service, but this pattern is concerning. I hope the owners are aware of how their bartenders are making patrons feel.
