J. Alexander's - Feedback

What lindsey marie doesn't like about J. Alexander's:
Ordered the Cypress salad because the cornbread croutons are so delicious and the total was $26. Of course they forgot the croutons : I have never called a restaurant to ask for a refund before but at almost $30 for a salad because of the tip and packaging fee and they forgot the croutons? It was a busy Saturday and our party of 5 still had good service. I was the only one that ordered a cocktail and it was very good. I also ordered the pecan encrusted trout and it was excellent. The others all seemed to like their food, except one order of fries were cold. Everyone including myself thought the mac cheese had an odd flavor. They didn't have a kids menu.
