Food is unevenly cooked, always a 15 mins wait, just terrible. Forget about calling to speak to someone about the issue...truly a waste of time with them OVERALL

I always go here for my bagels and hath browns and rarely have a problem. once my coffee was rough and I asked 2 sugar 2 creams put it on the entrance, it said 20 sugars and 10 creams I wanted to throw up, that was my first bad experience today marked my second when I work on lunch, I bite in my bagel and the cheese wrapper was still on the big I tried to just call that she answered a little more attentively on the phone

Backed up on multiple orders. Very disorganized with getting people their orders in a timely manner. Lots of us had to ask workers about orders we were waiting on. I asked about my coffee and no one knew what I'd ordered. I'd showed the girl my phone with my order and she'd given me an iced coffee when id ordered a hot. After the first girl took my order, someone else finally noticed me and asked what I was waiting for. I told her I was waiting for a coffee and someone else was taking care of my order. She proceeded to ask me what kind of coffee I'd ordered as if I didn't just tell her that someone has it.

If I could give zero stars, I would. the waiting time is ridiculous, the workers are rude and the quality is sub par. avoid them if they can. I understand that it is in a favorable situation, but it is really terrible. As an assistant at another dunkin, I can't understand how a company can load it so hard to crash. After 5 very minutes sitting there waiting for my order to be takin, I just said hi? and the lady cried to give her a minute. I just ran away. it is too regrettable.

The location is great, coffee and snacks are what you would expect from a dunkin. There are some really caring and friendly people that work there as well! Overall my FAVORITE dunkin to get coffee from. Plus the stairs are great for a quick photo opp ?Vegetarian options: If you're looking for a quick sandwich or some breakfast toast, there are a few good options at dunkin for the veggie eatersKid-friendliness: Always super accommodating and friendly, especially when they see my baby's smiling faceParking: The parking lot is right in front and for the location there are a good number of spaces to park. There is also a drive thru line so be mindful when pulling in or out of your space as it can get cramped sometimes.
