She goes above and beyond and I?ve... read more You see most workers hardly doing anything, while a few of the other workers are busting their butts. Angela is my favorite. She goes above and beyond and I?ve watched her work hard while other workers are just standing around. I like Ken too. He?shardworking and appears to have a smile often. If it weren?t for Angela and Ken, I would probably rate this 3 stars. Angela andKen have made this a pleasant experience. Wish I could say the same for some of the other workers.

Cheese had absolutely minimal interaction with the children, which was really disappointing especially when they were looking forward to dancing with him. Henever showed up when they were singing Happy birthday either. The only reason it got 2 stars was because my grandson enjoyedrunning around all day, other than that I would have given them 1 star. SMH

Unfortunately, a lot changed in ju... read more I held my son's 2nd birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese this Saturday, having also celebrated his 1st birthday there last year. Unfortunately, a lot changed in just one year. This time, the party was disappointing. Our host was absent for most of the two-hour event, and I had to search for them every time I had a question or needed assistance. While the facility and menu were great, the lack of support from the host made the party stressful, and I missed most of the fun trying to find another employee to help us since the assigned host was nowhere to be found.

Considering the limited selection of games and prizes, it feels like a b... read more The prices are really steep—$10 for a single pizza and $30 for just two hours of games. Considering the limited selection of games and prizes, it feels like a big waste of money. I won’t be coming back. My 4-year-old daughter even said she’d rather go to the library. If they made some improvements, maybe the place wouldn’t be so empty all the time.
