They always mess up my order, have poor customer service, and change their hours constantly. It seems like they don't even care. I would recommend trying a different location of this chain if possible. Sometimes you might get lucky and have a good experience, but it's rare.

They don't seem to care at all. I suggest going to a different location if you choose this chain. They really need to find better employees.

Whenever he’s on shift, everything runs smoothly and quickly. He is always where he's needed, so there’s never a slowdown. I really admire his work ethic, and he truly deserves a raise! According to their social media, they were supposed to be open until 10 PM, but they were already closed. A sign indicated that if you ordered online, you would have to jump through hoops to get a refund. The service was terrible, and the information provided on social media was misleading.

Why do they give me half the portion when I order online? I feel sorry for the restaurant since they appear to be regularly short-staffed, which is why I rated it 2 stars. I wanted to leave a review in hopes that they address this issue.
