The Lansingburgh Cafe in Troy, NY is a great diner that offers classic diner food such as omelets, pancakes, sandwiches, soup, and salads. My lady friend and I visited based on a recommendation from friends and were not disappointed. We enjoyed breakfast there two days in a row and particularly loved the Backwoods Omelet with ham, cheese, and cajun sauce. The homefries were also delicious, crispy and flavorful. View all feedback.
