This was our second visit to The Old Bear and we found it to be just as good as the first. The food is amazing and the staff are wonderful, from the moment you walk in the door to the time you leave they are just great. I can't fault it. We will definately be back for a third visit! read moreThe Old Bear pub offers a pleasant atmosphere with good food and friendly service. While some guests found the portion sizes lacking and felt neglected during their visit, others have returned multiple times and praised the exceptional food and welcoming staff. Although there were some inconsistencies in the quality of the dishes, the pub's cozy ambiance and seasonal menu offerings make it a great spot for a quiet meal out. With a mix of positive and negative reviews, The Old Bear seems to be a hit-or-miss option for diners looking for a casual dining experience.
