Greenwood Restaurant - TROUTVILLE

Fancy no. good food, yes. we were a few times in greenwood restaurant. if they are looking for a chic, updated restaurant, go on. but if you want to eat good, at a good price, stop, get cash as they don't take credit cards and put them themselves. the staff is friendly and eating reaches their table fast. are generous and there are daily specialties. the prices are very reasonable. I'm a fan of her hot roast beef sandwich with a side of fried okra. the only court I was not satisfied with was the truthahn with dressing shots because it didn't taste fresh for us. we will continue to visit and look forward to our next meal in greenwood!

Disappointed. we had heard that this was a good family restaurant, so we decided to try. we went to breakfast a week and it was okay and the service was fast. so we went back other paintings to give it a fair chance. the next time we were a week at night at dinner, eating wasn't so great (I tried the bun I had heard so much) and the waitress tried to control us, two dinners were supposed to be some dollar. she was irritated with us, although another waitress told her she added it wrong. the next time were the weekend. also eating was simply so that the maisbrot dry, kochsalat had very little in it, the cat simply ok, and again the service was terrible. my man had coffee and no one even asked to fill his mug again, the waitress forgot a part of our order, and was not even friendly, I always let a tipp for normal service, that is the first time in years that I felt cheated that four times was enough, we had not given them many chances.

Place is VERY old but that's OK, service and food was great. Truly a family friendly and satisfying place to eat!

Great food, country setting, excellent food. Good bunch of people

Food was worth the short wait. Everything was freshly prepared and not heavy on salt. The fried catfish was perfect.
