It is a welcome sight for those of us traveling from the Northeast back home, as there is nothing quite like these upscale gas stations that are plentiful in the Northeast. The fries are a standout menu item, and the public bathrooms are clean. This location offers 24/7 service 365 days a year, never closing.

The meat was luke warm not fresh made as stated, but the fries were fresh and delicious. The reason for my 2 stars would be the women bathroom is horrible! My husband also stated the men’s looked the same. Looks as if the bathroom toilets hasn’t been cleaned since early am! The floor hasn’t been swept or mopped with a slight smell of urine! Just nasty you would think the way they kept sweeping and mopping the lobby they would have at least cleaned the bathroom!

The food came out quickly and the drinks were cold and delicious. The clean bathrooms were also a nice bonus, making our visit to Sheetz enjoyable.

I have visited this Sheetz location on Charlotte Hwy in Troutman twice in the last few weeks. My first visit was around 8:30 in the evening, and I was appalled... read more I have visited this Sheetz location on Charlotte Hwy in Troutman twice in the last few weeks. My first visit was around 8:30 in the evening, and I was appalled by the condition of the restroom. There was toilet paper all over the floor, no paper towels in the dispenser, and excrement next to the toilet. On my second visit, which was early in the morning at 6 a.m., the restroom was even worse. There was excrement on the walls and floor, the toilet was overflowing, puddles of urine, and toilet paper scattered everywhere. When I informed the employees about the situation, they simply said they would look into it later. I was disappointed by their lack of urgency, as the restroom clearly needed immediate attention. I had to go to Lowe's to use their restroom, thankfully they were open at that early hour.
