I can’t believe this place doesn’t have better reviews! Admittedly, it looks humble. It’s not glitzy and glamorous, but friendly and comfortable. The service is attentive and some of the warmest we’ve received since arriving in Tropea. Whilst the food... bellissimo! There’s pizza, pasta and a few other bits and pieces, plus more than enough wine to keep you happy. My stepfather is Calabrese and a bit of a pizza lover, yet he rates the pizza here as the best he’s eaten on this trip to date. For me, I was so taken by the quality of the food that I refused to let a scrap go to waste. I ended up rolling out, feeling very uncomfortably full, but at least none of their delicious fare went into the bin. Oh, and for the coeliacs and gluten free folk out there, they have gluten free pizza and pasta... and it’s **** good!

The portions were huge and food was great. I had Caprese and Peche spada and a huge mixed salad. The house was was a bit too sharp for me so maybe oeder a bottle of red/white. It's so cheap any way.
