Bjørn himself is a true legend - his hospitality, storytelling, and music creates a fantastic atmosphere. If you don't leave his restaurant with a smile on your face, it's your own fault. I highly recommend visiting Bjørn's place, but watch out for the stairs! Overall, it's an awesome experience that you shouldn't miss out on.

The only downside was that the evening seemed to fly by too quickly. While it may not be entirely unique to Trondheim, it certainly stands out in the city. I highly recommend it.
