We were... read more If you're in the mood for authentic Neapolitan pizza, look no further! The crust here is absolutely incredible, and the toppings are just as delicious. We were able to walk in early on both of our visits: the first time, we got seated at the window seats usually reserved for walk-ins, and the second time, the kind maitre d' allowed us a table on the condition that we leave by 4pm. She even offered to let us pay in advance so we could make the most of our time there! While this arrangement suited us, we do recommend making reservations. During our first visit, we tried the Margherita pizza, our go-to pizza to judge against others. The crust was amazing, but the toppings fell a bit short - the tomato sauce didn't have the bold flavor we expect from DOP San Marzano tomatoes, possibly due to a lack of Grana Padano parmesan. However, this was a minor flaw in an otherwise fantastic pizza. We saw some incredibly cheesy pizzas coming out of the oven on our first visit, so on our second visit, we tried the Quattro Formaggi pizza. It arrived at our table just five minutes after ordering and it was truly exceptional - full of flavor and unlike any other pizza we've had. Looking at the menu, we noticed that Gorgonzola was one of the four cheeses used, which is definitely unique! For dessert, we tried the Tarteletta Cioccolato e Lamponi, which was fantastic. We can't recommend this restaurant enough. Simply perfect.

We were told we only had an hour so it was stressful and we were also waiting for our food, unsure if we could make it in time, so it's worth making a reservation. However, the food was well-seasoned so it was worth the wait. The price is okay for a meal that is not just greasy but actually an experience, and the staff even provided complimentary cool refreshing water. So this place is also recommended for its quality and price. In Trondheim, all prices are high and this is affordable and good on top of that!
