The restaurant is very casual (which we l... read more Absolutely fantastic dinner in the centre of Trondheim. We went for our wedding anniversary and were not disappointed. The restaurant is very casual (which we loved) quite trendy bohemian (which we also loved). They serve 2 tasting menus and we opted for the 5 course menu which actually included 3 additional small courses, so in theory we ended up having 8 courses! Each course was mouth watering, and the service staff were brilliant attentive, casual, friendly but professional. It is obvious that every single person who works here is passionate about what they do. The food here, in our opinion, is of Michelin star standard (although they don't have a Michelin star). Completely brilliant all round. If you are a foodie, you must visit!

We started w... read more Quite a popular restaurant, we had the five courses with the #1 wine set. They wouldn 't say what the food was going to be. The food was very good. We started with a few amuse bouche, one was crispy fish skin, which was excellent. The food here used to be based on old school norwegian food, but is now throwing in with the new wave Asian style. The #1 wines were advertised as funky and they were! They didn 't really pair with any of the dishes. We were given alternatives to a couple of the them, so ok. If they would only tell you what you are going to eat perhaps you could choose your own wine(s). Transparency helps I feel.

The restaurant offers a great variety of international dishes, an excellent wine selection, and a fantastic atmosphere.
