my companion and I needed an incredible vegan sushi, so what is better than a restaurant in tromso? Well, I tell you, that was the hands down I had ever sushi. the waiter..soo-patient and friendly. the cook...so take care and receive. we don't eat white rice, so the cook has replaced everything with daikon. daikon sushi. there are several sushi dishes that are vegan on the menu. one is a set menu with a lot of 14 sushi pieces, another is a vegetable maki roll. they were not spectacular, with taking the strawberry and strawberry jam used in sushi, which was strange, but also quite tasteful. in restaurant is a large fish tank. we found out later that they also serve wale. if we know this before, we may not have selected this restaurant...
