I tried the chicken poutine with BBQ sauce and I was truly surprised. The homemade fries were nice and crispy, the BBQ sauce was not too salty, had a good consistency, and a great flavor. The salad was ultra fresh, made that day, and in generous portions! The chicken was marinated and sliced thin. Overall, this dish ranks in my top 5 in Quebec, and I can't wait to go back as soon as possible!
The portions are very generous, and the atmosphere and service are very friendly.
