Ordered and enjoyed a great cappuccino and a slice of homemade banana loaf. The dessert was delectable and the ambience was great too! Lots of neat seating arrangements and plenty of breads and pastries to choose from. View all feedback.
This was our first experience trying authentic Quebecois food and coffee, complete with delicious croissants, almond croissants, and eclairs. Stepping into this cafe felt like entering a unique and inviting world. The atmosphere was clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. There was plenty of seating and a wide variety of food and drink options to choose from. Whether you want to enjoy a cup of coffee with pastries, have a leisurely lunch, or indulge in a sweet treat, this cafe has it all. It's the perfect place to relax, enjoy a meal, and unwind with a good book or newspaper. You definitely need to visit this cafe!
I enjoy returning to Lafayette for several reasons: the soups are delicious, there is ample seating, the coffee is excellent, the lighting is beautiful, and the employees are very kind. However, there are some drawbacks. The desserts are often lacking in quality (the lemon pie tasted like scrambled eggs), and there is one person who stands out in a negative way. This person, who appears to be a manager or the owner's wife, is rude and arrogant. It is also concerning that she does not wear a hat or hairnet in the kitchen. Despite this, the other employees provide great service and the bread is delicious. I stopped going to Lafayette for a few months due to a negative experience with this individual, but overall it is a nice place and I would recommend it to my friends.
I recently visited this bakery and breakfast spot with a coworker from Brittany who appreciates a traditional French breakfast. The boulangerie offers a solid menu and a great dining experience.

The decor at Les Moulins La Fayette is so upscale French and inviting. My husband and I had two chocolate confections that were simply the best. We also had a cranberry chicken with cream cheese wrap and noodle salad that were perfect. We loved seeing a group of local ladies who were having their tea time desserts and we were just made to feel so comfortable. Thank you for such great pastries and food!
