This franchise maintains consistency in its food, but the cleanliness of the premises, particularly the restrooms, is lacking. The bathrooms are dirty, have a strong smell of urine, and the ceiling is damaged. It seems the franchise owner is not properly maintaining the establishment.

I've been to this restaurant several times, and each time I've experienced very poor service! The chipotle mayo cups were barely half full, the cheese in my hamburger was dry, and the lettuce was really wilted—very disappointing! The cashier always seems to be in a bad mood; she doesn’t say hello or wish you a good day, nothing! She takes your order with no courtesy (it's the same cashier every time). It's frustrating because I love A&W, and when I go to Les Rivières, I enjoy doing my shopping and stopping by the restaurant at the same time, but I’ll have to reconsider that in the future.
