Super disappointed since I usually love this location as the workers a re really nice and my order is correct. I ordered a Grande Chestnut Praline Latte and when I got home and picked up the cup, it felt light. Upon opening it, I realized I wasshorted some coffee. For that amount, I could have ordered a Tall and saved some money. Plus the latte doesn't taste like itnormally does (tastes like they added too much milk)
Shout out to the hardworking crew at the Little Rd. Starbucks especially Mitch who took my order. They are ALWAYS busy and did not even flinch when I cane in with a big office order. They are always positive, always fast and always AMAZING. *Pleaseenable tipping on Credit Cards. The team deserves it!!!
I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience at this Starbucks location. Generally, I have no issues here, but during my visit, I encountered some problems. While waiting in the drive-thru line, I noticed a number of gnats in my car, likely due to garbage nearby. Additionally, the strawberry refresher I received seemed mostly like water rather than the refreshing drink I expected. I also forgot to scan my points in the app for additional rewards today. Once my payment was processed, I was informed it was too late to apply the points retroactively. I find it frustrating that there’s no option to do this post-transaction or a receipt I could scan for points on my own. It may seem trivial to some, but these details are important for customer satisfaction. I hope that someone can address these concerns for better service at this Starbucks location. Thank you.
I went inside due to a long drive-thru line, but unfortunately, we were ignored for a long time despite three people being in line. Five employees were chatting and laughing, seemingly having a great time, but they didn’t acknowledge us or the other customers. There was a complete lack of customer service. I understand that it gets busy, but it’s important to recognize that people are waiting. Perhaps they could assign one or two staff members to attend to those inside. For the high prices you charge for coffee, a better effort towards serving all customers— not just those in the drive-thru—should be prioritized.
I absolutely adore this Starbucks! Every time I step inside, I’m greeted by name from the staff! Benny, Derek, Natalie, Ricky – the list goes on. They are truly incredible people, always serving with a smile. Even during the busy holiday rush, it has the cozy, personal vibe of a local coffee shop. The drinks are consistently excellent; in fact, there was one time I took a sip of my drink right after leaving and had to call the store just to let them know how amazing it was!
