I understand that the match was on outside your normal afternoon opening hours but some things are sacrosanct when you declare yourself to be an Irish pub! Even if you get few customers you have to open for these occasions, it's part of who you are! That said I totally understand your reply to the eejit who gave you a crap review when you turned down the telly for the other matches after the Irish game the previous week!

The Barman would not put the sound on the tv when even tho everyone was watching and continuoud to show us distaste there after. No nibbles offered either. Will not be back. Terrible service

Unfort... read more We only had drinks here, so I can’t comment on the food, but the selection of draft beers and spirits was great, and the bartenders were really friendly. Unfortunately, the cider wasn’t on tap, but the bottled one was still tasty. It would have been nice to have some salty snacks available — after a few drinks we ended up spending quite a bit — but that’s just a small suggestion and didn’t take away from the great atmosphere of the place.
