He was abl... read more A sweet Saturday morning in the bloom of spring with my trusted friends. We were pampered by a very kind waiter with red hair and a captivating gaze. He was able to meet our every need with kindness and professionalism. My friend F and my friend GU ordered the cream krapfen: devastatingly delicious; my friend GC ordered a jam croissant: amazing; I (GB) ordered a classic croissant: very delicate. A Trieste experience to definitely repeat... but only with a waiter like him

Interestingly, their presnitz costs €22 per kg at the supermarket, but here it's €36 per kg. Why?!?! It should be the other way around...

The coffee was incredibly tasty... read more One of my favourite cakes of all time putizza is made here and i travelled all the way here to buy it and take it home with me! The coffee was incredibly tasty and the dessert with pistachios and raspberry was so decadent and light i could eat twenty of them and not get bored. The gentleman who worked there was really attentive and answered all my questions with genuine enthusiasm if you have one stop in Trieste for coffee, let it be this one!
