My favorite dishes... read more I love this place, the staff are lovely, the food is to die for and the wine assortment is perfect. Massimo cooks locally caught fish there. My favorite dishes are, the sardoni alla Massimo, the cozze, the shellfish pasta and the mixed fry which is light and cooked to perfection. It is without a doubt the best place where you can eat fish in Trieste!
