We caught the Muggia ferry opposite a couple of days ago but did not notice Caffè Retro. Typical bar where you pay more for table service outside than going to the bar. Adds 0.5€ per drink. On busy seafront road but it is warm and still sunny mid September as we contemplate a return to a wet homeland next week. Paulicarus and Madge on a small beer alla spina 3.50€ Austrian Hirter beer . Stopped here in the late afternoon for a snack before getting the train back to Venice. Really lovely welcoming service and good coffee.
