I highly recommend the all you can eat option at this restaurant. However, it can be a bit difficult to identify the vegan options without asking the waitress.
GREAT COST BENEFIT. All you can eat with all the dishes you would expect from a decent sushi place, sashimi was fresh and all the dishes came fairly fast.
Nice place to get all you can eat sushi for vegans. I really enjoyed it. Fast service and tasty food. Staff was very friendly and helped me with vegan options (the menu was only in Italian language)

The fish at this restaurant is always fresh, especially the salmon which is very delicious. The staff is friendly and quick, and the chefs prepare the food efficiently. You can eat all you want for €10.90 for lunch and €16.90 for dinner. Sometimes I only need to order once, as the selection is perfect. There are many dishes to choose from, although some items may only be available during dinner. I love the special rolls and the rice is also tasty. This is my go-to place for sushi when I'm in Trieste. Recently, the lunch prices seem to have increased to €12.90 and dinner to €18.90, but they have also added a menu. Despite the price increase, it is still worth it.
